1-2-1 Counselling

This is offered through 360 Wellbeing as an in-house opportunity for employees to get the support they might need to cope with issues such as stress, anxiety or depression. No diagnosis is required to receive counselling. It is simply an option to provide support to individuals in the workplace to better manage and cope with their everyday.

We have our very own in-house Counsellor in Amelia, who has an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and is regulated through regular supervision and the National Counselling Society.

Her role is to facilitate and walk beside you through the therapeutic process, offering a confidential, safe, non-judgemental and supportive environment. This is an opportunity given to each employee as a chance to talk and be heard, to reflect, learn tools and techniques to better manage any issues or problems, and find answers they might be searching for.

How you as a company may wish to offer this out can be flexible and through our discussions with you, we will be able to suggest and recommend a way forward once we better understand what exactly you are looking to offer your employees.

Holistic Therapies and Promoting Relaxation in the Workplace:

Whether you want to offer a one-off wellbeing day at the office or an opportunity for employees to enjoy a 30 min session that promotes positive health and wellbeing, self-care and relaxation on a more regular basis, we can offer the above to suit your needs. At 360 Wellbeing we can provide this in-house for you like a combination of treatments or one specific one. Maybe a lunchtime yoga class for example.

The Stress Buster Empowerment Hour:

The stress buster empowerment hour is a group session for employees to participate in. It offers tools and techniques to calm and relax the stress response in the body, ways to help calm the mind and enjoy an hour of relaxation to revitalise and rejuvenate. This can be within the workday at a time you would like to offer it, or at the end of the day to leave the workday behind before heading home. Again, this can be catered to your needs and requirements to best support your staff. This hour is in line with our in-house developed “3 Selfs Strategy” training to encourage a workplace culture that promotes self-awareness, self-care and self-help.
