Feel Good From The Inside Out

Feeling good comes in many forms, but what our skin feels and looks like and how our body is digesting the food we put in it, can all play a part in our overall sense of wellbeing. It impacts our self esteem and our confidence levels. We are all becoming more conscious about what we put on our skin and how we fuel our bodies, but with so much choice and mixed messages out there, it can be daunting and difficult, at a time when you simply wish to feel good.

Five years ago, I came across a company whose products have transformed my skin as well as my approach to nutrition and health from the inside out. I wasn’t expecting to get the results they gave me and to be honest I was very cynical. I am someone who doesn’t like to spend much time on skincare and make-up and in fact as a teenager must be one of few daughter’s whose Mum sent me up to my room to put on MORE make-up before going out! However, the results have spoken for themselves and being ID’d in the supermarket twice in 12 months at 41 years old I must admit has felt pretty good too!!

So why am I sharing this with you? Because I believe we can all feel good physically, mentally, and emotionally if we nurture ourselves properly and see it as a necessity not a luxury. What can you do today that nurtures your feel good physically, mentally and emotionally? Not just today, but tomorrow and the day after and the day after that?

One size does not fit all, and I encourage you to explore what works for you and keeps you feeling good about yourself and your wellbeing.
