We are a mental health consultancy that is dedicated to Leading, Inspiring, Facilitating and Empowering you and your business, to gain a better understanding of Workplace Mental Health, identifying where it is impacting your business and how you can reduce your costs while supporting the mental wellbeing of your employees.

The company was founded by Nick Wilson, who as a Veteran, served 14 years in the British Army, deploying on several Operational Tours such as Northern Ireland, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan. During this time, he learned a wide variety of skills and completed numerous duties while serving for Queen and country, but mostly he was heavily involved with Training, Coaching and Mentoring, receiving world-class training himself and putting this into practice daily.

On leaving the military in 2012 and with the skills learned and honed during his time in the military, combined with a wide variation of experiences, Nick started a Chauffeur car business. Even with the knowledge that the Army had changed and impacted on him emotionally and mentally, Nick still created a business with a £1/4million turnover by year three and the ensuing brand he created, became extremely well known and respected throughout Oxfordshire.

But why mental health? Nick was officially diagnosed by Combat Stress in early 2016, as having Post Traumatic Stress Disorder – PTSD which has been further compounded by a debilitating spinal injury, that leaves Nick in chronic pain every hour of every day, which is extremely tiring physically, emotionally and mentally.

It is safe to say that Nick has a wealth of first-hand experience on living with a Mental Illness, the level of stigma and prejudice associated with Mental Health, the difficulties faced by those with a diagnosis and their loved ones also being affected by it. This is supported by his qualifying as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and Mental Health First Aid Trainer, backed by MHFA England, which provided Nick with the confidence, self-belief and self-worth, to take the negative aspects experienced, using them to benefit others.

Primarily working with medium to large sized businesses, our vision is for – Organisations and businesses to have a better understanding surrounding the subject of Mental Health in general and more specifically within the workplace.

The secondary is the ‘Pro Bono’, training and support provided to University Students, Micro-Businesses and Veterans starting their businesses. Here our vision is for – The importance of self-awareness and self-care is understood and that the importance of healthy mental wellbeing, is presented as an essential ‘pillar of success’ when business models are demonstrated to those starting in business.
